WOSFS Running Method (Five Ability Running Method)

The WOSFS Running Method, also known as the Five Ability Running Method, is a scientific training system that emphasizes setting objective and rational goals, designing structured training plans, and executing them efficiently. By systematically developing five core abilities—Will (mental resilience), Oxygen (aerobic capacity), Strength (muscular power), Flexible (mobility & agility), and Speed (velocity)—it helps runners achieve scientifically optimized and health-conscious running performance.
